Job Description Become a trusted advisor to your clients, offering solutions to boost ROI in this customer focused role Build high quality relationships with your account base, through a structured call cycle Work to targets to maximise retention and revenue growth Seek opportunities and identify threats to maximise added valueThe Successful Applicant 3+ years' telesales account management experience (less will be considered according to competency) Experience developing long lasting relationships with high volume accounts Analytical ability to use data to 'tell the advertising story' Resilient and driven to succeed in a targeted environment Organised, personable and motivatedWhat's on Offer Competitive basic salary + 33% OTE, with kickers for overachievement (highly achievable) 25 days holiday, increasing with length of service Access to Aspire's Health & Wellbeing Excellent Sales & Product training Up to 7.5% employer pension contribution HYBRID WORKING (2 days from Richmond, London) - options for further flexibility if required Newly refurbished office, full of mod cons with a buzzing atmosphereWhere specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
